The primary purpose of this position is to lead R&E activities
for Pull-Ups IMF programs. This role will work in conjunction with
the R&E BCC Product Team Members, Marketing and Sales Teams,
Engineering and Technology Teams, Insights and Analytics, Marketing
S&I, Project Teams, Manufacturing facilities and the BCC
cross-functional organization. The candidate reports to an R&E
Manager and receives work direction from the Manager, R&E
Technical Leader, and cross-functional organization, though this
role is largely self-directed. This role will give work direction,
coaching, and mentoring to 3-10 indirect team members.
