This role is a full time, Monday to Friday position that is temporary to hire opportunity that is offering excellent benefits! Responsibilities for the Intake Specialist include: Providing excellent Customer Service in person and over the phone Must be detailed and demonstrate multi-tasking skills Exceptionally accurate in preparing factual material and in proof reading Documentation of all customer interactions Entering data into database Scanning and saving documents into computer file Uploading documents into business system for processing Checking applications for required data and using lists to compare date Previous office experience in a customer support role such as call center Computer skills required Proven track record of reliability and long-term commitment in prior roles.
