years, is currently seeking a Marketing Designer in Oshkosh. This
position can also be located at our Marketing office in
Indianapolis. - Hoffmaster competes in three distinct business
segments - Foodservice, Consumer, and E-Commerce. Our products can

Marketing Designer ensures impactful and smooth development and
implementation of Hoffmaster brands across all media and how they
are communicated. The Marketing designer plays a central part in
creating innovative design of marketing materials like Catalogs,
flyers, logos, style guides, and tradeshow graphics. This role
provides creative development and vision for graphics on new and
sustaining products. You will develop the look, feel, layout,
visual language, and craft of the campaigns and have the
opportunity to work in teams and work against other team members'
concepts when required. You will need to be able to consider of the
big picture while obsessing over the details. On a day-to-basis,
your role will be to partner with the Creative Director along with
the Marketing Communications Manager and the VP of Marketing, as
well as other designers and photographers. You will collaborate
with the team to ensure work is delivered on time and to the level
of quality expected at Hoffmaster. You will be responsible for
maintaining the photography image needs of the Foodservice
teams.Essential Job Duties:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a graphic design
organization for consumer products, preferred.
- Collaborates with Marketing Communications Manager on
- Stay up-to-date with graphic and package design trends, and
ability to do regular market research.
- You are inventive and enthusiastic, a problem solver, at ease
with being part of a ever changing organization.
- You learn quickly, and you can accommodate rapid change.
- Manage the stock label production creation through plates as
well as custom labels.
- Negotiate cost and needs for printed custom 4-color jobs done
with outside vendors.
- Maintain up-to-date filing systems for digital files and

- Strong verbal and written communication in English &
relationship management skills.Requirements:
- Computer skills/software: Expert in Adobe CC Illustrator,
Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe AfterEffects.
- Undergraduate degree in art or graphics related field.
- 5 -10 years' experience with printing technology and management
