Job Description:
Job Description Job Description A day in the life You start your
morning walking the floor, checking HVAC performance, lighting, and
the heartbeat of our production support systems. A preventive
maintenance ticket on an air compressor is due, so you service it,
log completion in our PM tracker, and move on to a foaming machine
inspection. Midday, you document safety checks on fire
extinguishers, exit signs, and sprinklers—flagging a repair and
closing the loop with vendors. The afternoon brings a prototype
door review with engineers; you fabricate a small fixture, tweak a
template, and help validate manufacturability. Before you wrap, you
set up a conference room for an internal meeting—tables, A/V check,
refreshments—then step outside to tackle a seasonal groundskeeping
task. When trade show season hits, you’ll prep door stands,
coordinate rigging and trucking, and manage site setup and
teardown. And when there’s an urgent after?hours call, you’re part
of the on?call rotation that keeps our facility secure and
productive. What you’ll own Hands?on maintenance and repair of
