Maintenance Manager We are looking to hire an experience Maintenance Manager for a growing manufacturing organization in the Fox Valley Area. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the operations supporting the maintenance and growth of a dynamic facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance management, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Maintenance Manager Location: Fox Valley, WI Area Shift: 1st Shift What's the Job? Oversee and manage the staff and functions of a 6 person crew and help ensure smooth operations. Create and implement a preventative maintenance program Create and implement standard maintenance policies and procedures Oversee the performance of diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. Create and implement maintenance procedures and processes to support continuous growth. Manage a team of six maintenance crew members and oversee the operations of a warehouse. Perform general maintenance on equipment and within facility. Will work o hydraulics on tractors, forklifts, cranes, saws, machinery, welding machines, among the primary Ensure safety regulations are followed and maintain clean, organized work areas. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required; technical training or relevant experience preferred. Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills. Experience managing and leading teams as well as creating and implementing general maintenance policies and procedures Experience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment, including forklifts, saws, pipe cutting, cranes, welding machines, and HVAC systems. Ability to read and interpret manuals, work orders, and manage maintenance schedules. Willingness to attend training for welding and other certifications as needed. What's in it for me?
