About the Role Essity is looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician. The Industrial Electrician is responsible for defined maintenance activities in the production site. The role maintains the machines based on preventive and predictive maintenance concept. They will be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems and solving these problems using the Daily Direction Setting approach & Root Cause Analysis. The technician supports and coaches the Operators / Colleagues in handling technical issues in the Resource Support Teams/Asset Teams. The ideal candidate should/could live in Neenah, WI. New employees within our maintenance team can start off with an hourly rate of $38.77-42.77 per hour and will be eligible for benefits on day one. What You Will Do Respond to critical requests for support site-wide and in specific areas Gain "Center of Excellence" knowledge on specific technologies in our facility and share that knowledge with others as needed Perform troubleshooting on site using Ethernet and logic controls interface tools Identify improvement ability for critical instrumentation Support and troubleshoot operating motors, drives, and other logic-controlled variable effort equipment Support and lead capital project teams when necessary Develop and Mentor apprentices in specific trade areas Who You Are HSED or Diploma required Must be Journeyman Industrial Electrician or E/I Technician with State Indentured apprenticeship and work experience applying those skills in a manufacturing setting Have a curious mindset and desire to learn new skills Willing to work rotation shift What We Can Offer You At Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual and empower employees to reach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerful purpose. Compensation and Benefits: Expected Compensation $38.77-42.77/hourly rate benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.
