Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

Special Education Teacher to support students across multiple grade
levels in a school setting located in De Pere, WI. This position
focuses on delivering specialized instruction to students with
diverse learning needs, fostering their academic and social growth
in an inclusive environment. Key Qualifications: Experience
teaching Special Education students, with skills applicable to
Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School levels.
Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs
(IEPs) tailored to each student's unique requirements. Strong
communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with
students, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of
current Special Education laws, best practices, and instructional
strategies. Patience, adaptability, and a passion for fostering
student success. Location: School setting, De Pere, Wisconsin
Responsibilities: Assess students abilities, develop and maintain
IEPs, and provide individualized instruction that meets curriculum
standards. Collaborate with general education teachers to adapt
lessons and environments to accommodate diverse learners. Monitor
and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to
ensure continuous improvement. Facilitate a positive and supportive
classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and
development. Communicate regularly with families, specialists, and
administrative staff to coordinate student support. This contract
