The Role You will operate state-of-the-art printing presses to deliver high-quality printing and finishing services for film, paper, and specialty materials. Working alongside 160 employee-owners in a collaborative environment, you'll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while serving essential markets including food, consumer goods, industrial, and healthcare. Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule Work: Monday & Tuesday – Off: Wednesday & Thursday – Work: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday Off: Monday & Tuesday – Work: Wednesday & Thursday – Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 12-hour static shifts (Nights - 6:00pm – 6:00am) (Days - 6:00am - 6:00pm) What You'll Do Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards Perform maintenance of electrical systems Maintain heating and plumbing systems or ensure functionality Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when needed Perform manual repairs when necessary Conduct general upkeep procedures Other duties as assigned What You’ll Bring Essential Qualifications: Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools Strong communication skills and positive attitude Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening Preferred Qualifications: 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience Basic computer knowledge Previous manufacturing experience Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary: Wages ranging from $28.00 - $35.00 per hour , dependent on experience.
