Job Summary: The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to manage projects from inception to completion. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required for successful project completion. Leadership and team management experience are essential. Key Responsibilities: Oversee projects and staff, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Balance priorities and identify issues preemptively. Prepare construction documents and coordinate with necessary agencies for permits. Collaborate with clients, architects, and other professionals. Estimate construction costs and conduct construction observation. Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s) Professional Engineering (P.E.) license (multi state desired) 5 years of relevant experience, including project and staff management Proficiency in design software (Civil 3D, HydroCAD, etc.) and Microsoft Office Strong knowledge of codes, ordinances, and permitting procedures Storm Water Management / Hydrology and Permitting knowledge highly desired!
