do their jobs every day. The Sr. Director of Finance/Assistant
Controller supports the Senior Vice President, Finance and
Controller in all accounting-related activities, including
financial reporting; accounting policy; financial governance;
financial diligence and integration activities of new investments;
and other high-level accounting and finance activities. This role
plays a vital role in maintaining the accountability of the
Company's financial resources and protecting Company
assets.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administration and direction to the General Accounting
and Payroll functions.
- Oversees the execution of the accurate and timing monthly
financial accounting close and consolidation process.
- Responsible for the financial reporting governance over the
core financial statements; management reporting; Non-GAAP financial
results, and legal entity reporting.
- Ensure that all monthly general ledger account reconciliations
are completed timely, accurately and any unreconciled items are
cleared.
- Proactively initiate and drive efficiency programs designed to
add value by increasing team capacity, increasing integrity of the
financial statements and/or drive down third-party fees.
- Continuous improvement of accounting processes, reduction of
manual journal entries, simplification and quality enhancement of
account reconciliations.
- Assist with acquisition due diligence, opening/closing balance
sheet accounting, and all aspects of acquisition integration
including accounting policy conformity and financial process
redesign.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded in accordance with US
GAAP, with proper accruals, recording of assets, and matching of
revenue and expenses.
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close
processes, including setting calendar, distributing closing
checklists, performing preliminary reviews of financial
statements.
- Review and signoff on monthly/quarterly account reconciliations
and ensure all balances are supported, and material differences are
cleared.
- Ensure consolidated results are reported accurately to
OneStream.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAPEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors' degree in Accounting, CPA or MBA preferred
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- 12+ years of progressive accounting experience
