Job Description:

Wysocki Family Farms is seeking an ambitious detail-oriented Customer Experience Associate - Account Manager to grow a rewarding career in our expanding potato sales division. Overall role accountabilities include procuring supplies, filling and selling orders, coordinating the customer onboarding process, tracking orders to ensure quality products and an exceptional customer experience for retail and food service accounts. The selected candidate will be a proactive problem solver, able to handle multiple tasks effectively and have excellent computer reporting and presentation skills.Qualification Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experienceTwo years of experience in customer service, sales or supply chain management Microsoft Office and customer management system experience Essential Accountabilities

• Procure potato supply from partner-potato growers
• Fill and sell orders to retail and food service customers
• Coordinate new account set-up and onboarding customers with various operational areas
• Manage accounts from initial sale to delivery, responding proactively to customer concerns in the fulfillment process
• Track orders to identify problems to manage a quality customer delivery and resolve concerns through regular communication with suppliers, customers, transportation services and relevant team members
• Develop, analyze and distribute internal and customer required reporting and presentations
