  • Active nursing license in the state(s) in which services are to be provided, in good standing - Licensed Practical Nurse LPN
  • Active CPR and AED certifications
  • Knowledge of the RN and LPN scope of practice
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Internet, and email skills
