Our average census is 7. Our most common diagnosis seen are stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury and debility patients. Our average stay length of stay is 12 days. Our team is very collaborative between nursing, therapy, care management and providers who work towards progression of care and promotion of patient independence prior to the transition to the next level of care. Our Neenah hospital is a level II trauma center with a higher acuity patient population. Core therapy team members include a physiatrist, two physical therapists, two occupational therapists, two speech therapists and one recreational therapist.
