Job Description:

*Overview*We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients under the direction of registered nurses and physicians.

*Duties*- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers

• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the medical team
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care*Skills*- Proficient in patient care practices
  
  
  • Experience in acute pain management
  • Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of dialysis procedures
  • Health coaching skills
  • Familiarity with Epic electronic health records system
  • Experience working with children in a healthcare setting
  • Competent in acute care settings
  • Proficiency in aseptic technique
  • Understanding of longterm care practices*-NOC shift LPN - 40 hours, EOW week contract. September 22nd start preferably.
