  • Shift Requirement: 12 hour variables
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hours
  • Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holiday rotation
  • Unit Information: 40 bed medical/surgical/pediatric unit. Avg daily census 28. Patient ratios on days and pm max of 5 patients (avg 4), nights max of 7
  • Positive attitude and flexibility with constant changes which can occur throughout a shift
    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum Experience: 2+ years
    • Charting Experience Required: EPIC preferred
    • Required Skillset: Med Surg Experience
    • Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well
    • Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely
    • Willingness to ask questions and collaborate with team and ancillary staff to ensure the best patient experience possible

          • RADIUS RULE: 50 MILES FROM FACILITY
          • Auto offer
          • Contract Length: 13 or 17 Weeks
          • Float Requirements: to alike units within skillset. Must be willing to float to Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover and Divine Savior
          • On Call/Call Back Requirements: N/A
          • Scrub Colors: any professional-colored scrubs
          • GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
