RN will float between the following sites: TCFDL, TCOSH, TCB and
Juliette Manor. Providing Care in Med/Surg departments and skilled
care.Job Description:SCHEDULE:Day shift (7:00am-7:00pm) or Nights
(7:00pm-7:00am)Every 4th weekend rotationShift differentials and
incentive payYou will be floating between New Fond du Lac Hospital,
New Oshkosh Hospital, Berlin Hospital, and Juliette ManorABOUT THE
FACILITYThe Fond du Lac campus will have emergency care, 10
inpatient beds, and 24/7 coverage with board-certified emergency
medicine physicians. For patients requiring additional care,
observation and tests, Computed Tomography (CT) scans, x-ray, and
ultrasound services will be provided.Click here to learn more about

process, evidence-based practice, and specific competencies to
assess the physical condition and nursing needs of patients, and
develops a plan of care in a collaborative practice with the
patient and interprofessional team.Plans for the care needs of the
patient in collaboration with the interprofessional team to provide
the highest quality of care and clinical outcomes.Demonstrates
clinical expertise in the provision of care in the clinical
specialty assigned, and performs all functions of the professional
clinical nurse (RN), which are age appropriate, developmentally
sensitive, and culturally specific.Identifies ways to improve the
patients experience of care, streamline care processes, and lower
costs while promoting quality to improve patient, family, and team
member satisfaction.Contributes to a professional environment that
encourages mentoring, engagement, and development to retain expert
clinicians.Provides consultation and maintains positive
relationships with physicians and other interprofessional team
members, collaborating to problem solve and improve patient
careDemonstrates, anticipates, and proactively manages risk to
prevent crises. Performs skillfully in life threatening
emergencies, matching demands and resources during crises
situations.QualificationsCurrent Wisconsin RN LicensureBachelor's
of Science in Nursing (BSN) or commitment to obtain within five
years. Associate's Degree in Nursing accepted in lieu of BSN for
those hired prior to 1/23/17.American Heart Association Healthcare
Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)Medical / Surgical Departments -
Critical Access Hospitals: American Heart Association Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)CertificationsPhysical DemandsAbility to
move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and
pulling) and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without
