Work Schedule :100% FTE, Monday Friday, 8 hour days between the
hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. No weekends, holidays or call. Hours
may vary based on the needs of the department.Be part of something
remarkableAs an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral
role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing
high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.We are seeking a
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to:Provide evaluation and
treatment and follow up for a wide range of pediatric hepatologic
disorders in an inpatient/outpatient setting.Conduct comprehensive
health history and physical assessment for new and follow up
patients.See patients pre and post-procedure and manage
complications related to procedures or surgery (includes patients
having procedures done in interventional radiology venograms, liver
biopsies etc) .Collaborate with inpatient transplant team related
to transplant patients pre and post transplantEducation :If Nurse
Practitioner: Masters or Doctorates degree from accredited Nursing
Program.If Physician Assistant: Bachelors or Masters degree from
accredited PA Program.Licenses and Certifications :Minimum State of
Wisconsin NP or PA licensureIf Nurse Practitioner*:Active RN and
APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority,
in state(s) of practice ANDActive board certification as a NP in
area of clinical practice. These may include the following: Family,
Pediatric Acute Care, or Pediatric Primary Care.If Physician
Assistant*:Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in
state(s) of practice ANDActive PA board certificationAll Nurse
Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have*: Active
DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon
