ATTENTION: This position requires graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as a Physical Therapist.Now Hiring: Physical Therapist - Full-time - Outpatient Orthopedics - Bone Joint - Plover, WI$10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires!Location:Bone Joint1767 Park Ave, Plover, WI 54467Overview:Bone Joint is expanding and seeking full-time Physical Therapists for Outpatient Orthopedic positions in Plover, WI. Join a respected team where PTs are highly valued, working directly with patients 1-on-1 throughout their entire treatment sessions.Caseload / Patient Population: Patient-centered care: Each PT works directly with their patients for the entire sessionno aides or doubling patients. Primarily general orthopedics with around 50% post-op care. All ages seen, with regular collaboration with physicians to ensure optimal patient care.Patient Scheduling: Approx. 53 patients/week with 45-minute treatment sessions (including evaluations). Physical Therapists average 9-10 patients/day, accounting for cancellations.Work Hours: Full-time position with no weekends or holidays. Clinic hours are 7 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday. Variable hours available, promoting work-life balance.Job Requirements: Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing). Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Full-time preferred, but candidates with 32+ hours/week availability will also be considered.
