Job Description:
Seeking an enthusiastic LPN/MA to join our clinic team, working
closely with providers to deliver quality patient care and improve
patient experience.
Provide patient assessments, collect and verify health data, and
report changes to healthcare providers.
Participate in developing and modifying care plans, implement
delegated interventions, and assign tasks to team members.
Offer health education, advocate for patients, and collaborate with
the care team.
Maintain exam rooms, order supplies, and ensure accurate electronic
medical records.
Qualifications include current LPN or Medical Assistant
certification, with ambulatory care experience preferred.
Requires BLS certification within two months, reliable attendance,
and adherence to policies.
