Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with TechLink Systems, Inc. to find
a qualified Neuro RN in Neenah, Wisconsin, 54956! About The
Position Job Title: RN - Neurology Location (On-site, Remote, or
Hybrid?): Neenah, WI (onsite) Contract Duration: 13 weeks Work
Hours: 5:30PM - 6AM Total Weekly Hours: 36 M/S Neuro RN - 12hr
nights - Neenah, WI Previous Travel Required - No travelers coming
from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles of
Corporate Center in Neenah, WI Contract length: 13 weeks Start
Date: ASAP Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 any missed shift must be
made up within 2 weeks of the absence *GSA hours are not guaranteed
the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week,
except during holidays where unit is closed. Shift Requirements:
12hr NOCs Shift time: 1730-0600 (nocs) Weekend: Every other weekend
Holidays: Holiday rotation (depending on need of the unit) Float
Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all
Facilities within a 60 mile radius On Call/Call Back Requirements:
None Required certifications: WI RN (or compact) License, AHA BLS &
NIHSS Minimum Experience Required: 3 years experience as an RN & 1
travel contract REQUIRED Charting Experience: EPIC within the last
year (Strongly preferred) Desired Skillset: Experience in stroke
and post-op back/spine/cervical Hard worker, Resilient and Manages
Change well, Social candidates Scrub Colors: Black Primary Cases:
Stroke, post op spinal surgeries/brain surgeries Unit Overview: 16
bed unit; Neurology patients; mostly post stroke patients and
post-op patients from brain/neck/spine surgeries. Many of our
patients are post trauma patients and TBI. We do have medical
patients at times as well. Patient Ratios: 1:4 - We typically have
between 4-5 RNs on during the shift and 2 patient care technicians.
Previous travel experience required. GSA hours are not guaranteed
the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week,
