Job Description Froedtert ThedaCare, a highly successful
northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a BE/BC Family
Medicine Physician for our Brand-New Oshkosh, WI location. This is

health system, and the collaboration of collegial Physicians and
Advanced Practice Clinicians. We're committed to giving you the

caring for patients. Practice Highlights: - Full- and part-time
opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine, with
inpatient and/or procedural opportunities if desired - 1.0 FTE
consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated
administrative time weekly - Join an established team of 1
physician and 3 APCs - Strong organizational infrastructure with
nursing, administrative, and specialty support - Epic EMR utilized
system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools
Clinic Hours: M-F 7:00a-6:00p Call Rotation: Once per week and 3-4
weekends per year. ThedaCare On Call, a nurse triage service,
screen all calls before transferring them to the on-call provider.

Competitive Compensation and Benefits: - Income Details: - Two-year
salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice
start-up - Transition to a production-based compensation plan in
year three, rewarding productivity and growth - Sign-on bonus

$4,500 annual CME allowance - Malpractice coverage with tail
