What You'll Do: Conduct comprehensive consultations and examinations for patients with blood disorders and cancer. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies (as applicable). Manage patient care throughout their treatment journey, both in the clinic and inpatient setting. Order and interpret diagnostic tests to monitor patient progress and response to treatment. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families. Collaborate with other specialists (e.g., surgeons, radiation oncologists) to ensure coordinated care. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in the Cerner electronic health record system. Who You Are: Board-certified in Internal Medicine with a subspecialty fellowship in Hematology and Oncology. Current and active license to practice medicine in Wisconsin (WI). Strong clinical skills and experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of hematologic and oncologic conditions, including bone marrow biopsies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues. Proficient in Cerner electronic medical record system. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
