SSM Health Dean Medical Group, a 500 physician multi-specialty
group, is seeking a Family Physician to join its clinic in Beaver
Dam, Wisconsin. This Family Medicine Physician will join our team
at our state-of-the-art multi-specialty clinic. The Opportunity:
Well-established primary care team of 9 providers : 3 Physicians &
6 Advanced Practitioners Full time or part-time opportunities are
available Outpatient onl y practice Telehealth option of doing day
of virtual visits after 6 months On-Call: phone call only , and 1
weekday night/month & 2 weekends/year; triaged by a skilled nurse
Multi-specialty clinic includes services provided by 20 specialties
