employee will receive off probation wage increase. Summary: This
position will be responsible for the accuracy, validity, analysis
and production of clinical quality measures, and ongoing software
processes for all clinical care areas as related to the Patient
Management System and EMR Modules. Will conduct investigations and
submit recommendations for resolution of any trends identified with
in these systems. Ensure adherence to department policies and to
clinical & nursing procedures, standards, and practices.
Responsibilities: * Assist the clinical and Digital Information
Technology Teams in support, testing, training, trouble shooting,
and configuration of PMS/EMR application within the Comprehensive
Health Division. * Assist the clinical and Digital Information
Technology Teams in identification and resolution of workflow gaps
in documentation, assist with resolving issues and assist in
communicating outcomes pertaining to the Comprehensive Health
Division * Assist the clinical and Digital Information Technology
Teams with the update/upgrade of related software/hardware as
needed * Develop and maintain positive working relationships with
practice users to ensure optimal utilization of clinical
applications. * Assist the clinical and Digital Information
Technology Teams with provided training programs for the Divisional
departments and individuals as needed * Keep abreast of industry
trends and new technologies; evaluates new software products to
support the end-users and/or programmer activities * Assist with
data collection for quality reports, presentations, memorandums and
letters as required. * Assist with coordination and assessment of
current performance of the organization in specified clinical areas
as related to the efficient PMS & EMR processes which will affect
quality of care and enhance revenue. * Assist in the process
improvement of the organization to assure quality health care and
improved customer (internal and external) satisfaction. * Assist
with the implementation, enhancements and support of clinical
systems required to meet all accrediting agencies and reporting
requirements. * Assist with modification, or creation of EMR
templates (forms) to effectively collect data. Skills: Essential: *
Obtain additional education and training * Work independently and
in a team environment * Operating business computers and office
machines, including in a Windows environment, specifically Word,
Excel, Access, and presentation software (such as PowerPoint) *
Ability to clearly communicate medical information to professional
practitioners and/or the general public * Knowledge of AAAHC,
HIPAA, Workers Compensation, OSHA, Federal, State and Local
regulations * Maintain strict departmental security,
confidentiality, and quality to meet professional standards of the
department * Knowledge of current and emerging trends in
technologies, techniques, issues and approaches in area of
Electronic Health Records (EMR) * Ability to assist with
implementation of program changes and modification to the PMS/EMR *
Ability to communicate effectively in the English language, both
verbally and in writing. Ability to communicate technical
information to non-technical personnel * Ability to establish and
maintain professional relationships with individuals of varying
social and cultural backgrounds and with co-workers at all levels.
* Ability to gather data and assist with communicating outcome
reports * Knowledge of BLS and emergency Medical procedures *

Education with Equivalent Qualifications: Essential: * General Ed,
High School Equivalency Diploma, HS Diploma * A Combination of
Experience and Education May Be Considered * Bachelor's Degree in
Nursing Credentials: Essential: * Driver's License Personal Vehicle
* Insurance Required * Wisconsin registered nurse Nonessential: *
Health Insurance Portability (HIPAA) Accountability, within thirty
(30) days of employment. * Driver Safety Training Credential
equivalent experience: Essential: * Must obtain a Wisconsin drivers
license or occupational drivers license within thirty (30) days of
employment if applicant has an out-of-state drivers license.
