working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in
Marinette, Wisconsin, 54143! Job Title: Registered Nurse -

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Must-Have: - General Emergency
Department skills - Ability to care for patients from neonate to
geriatric age groups Description: This position is within a Level
III Trauma Center. The facility has 99 beds with 17 dedicated to
the emergency department. The emergency department handles a wide
variety of patient types. Day ratios are 1:3-4, and night ratios
are 1:5. Support on the unit includes one CNA for every 17 patients
and a charge nurse who takes patient assignments on night shifts.
Phlebotomy support is available, as well as resource nurses and
hospitalists 24/7. Bedside and nurse station telemonitoring is
provided. The department is equipped with EPIC for charting and has
Alaris IV pumps and Pyxis systems in use. Weekend rotations are
required every other week. There is no on-call duty expected.
Holiday work expectations will apply as needed. The scrub color is
flexible, allowing any color. The environment is described as very
rural with a close-knit team. The emergency department features its
