client is a fast-growing, high-producing dental practice in
Manitowoc, WI seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our
friendly, well-supported team. This is an excellent opportunity to
step into a busy practice with strong systems, modern technology,
and clear long-term growth potential—including ownership
opportunities. Schedule Full-Time Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00
PM Compensation $215,000 guaranteed salary in the first year

High-producing practice 32 hygiene exams per day Strong recall and
PPS systems 6 fully equipped operatories Up-to-date clinical
technology Full clinical and front office support staff Solo
dentist role with autonomy Implant experience preferred (not

business mentoring Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental
care to patients of all ages Diagnose, treatment plan, and perform
restorative and preventive dentistry Educate patients on oral
health and treatment options Maintain accurate and compliant
clinical documentation Collaborate with a supportive clinical and
administrative team Deliver an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active
Wisconsin dental license (or eligibility) Strong communication and
clinical skills Team-oriented, patient-focused approach Benefits
