Job Description Join Our Esteemed Otolaryngology Team – Make a Difference in Patient Care! Are you a dedicated Otolaryngologist seeking a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional care in a dynamic clinical setting? This role offers a variety of challenging cases and the chance to collaborate with experienced audiologists and medical staff. Your expertise will help improve the quality of life for our patients through top-tier clinical procedures and personalized care. Required Skills: - Valid and active medical license in your state. - Proven experience in outpatient ENT care. - Proficiency in performing all standard “bread and butter” ENT procedures. - Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a diverse patient caseload. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Willingness to participate in patient call coverage (1-3 days per month). Nice to Have Skills: - Experience with advanced ENT surgical procedures. - Previous work in a clinic-based setting. - Familiarity with audiology services and procedures. - Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations. Preferred Education and Experience: - MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology. - At least 2 years of postgraduate clinical experience in ENT. - Prior experience in a clinic or outpatient environment is highly valued. Other Requirements: - Availability to start by December 1, 2025. - Ability to work scheduled hours from 0800 to 1700, including designated surgery days. - Must be able to participate in on-call duties (10 days per month). - Must possess current certifications in ACLS and BLS as required.
