Job Description Job Description Experienced Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA) Location: Green Bay, WI Employment Type: Part-Time (2-3 days per week, with full-time potential) We are an established aesthetic medical practice with a loyal client base and strong reputation, seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and confident Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA) with hands-on experience in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators. Experience with lasers or energy-based devices is a plus, but we will train the right candidate. Responsibilities Conduct aesthetic consultations and develop personalized, comprehensive treatment plans Perform neurotoxin, dermal filler, biostimulator, and other aesthetic treatments safely and effectively Provide natural, high-quality results and excellent patient care Educate patients on treatment options, pre- and post-care Document all treatments accurately and maintain compliance standards Collaborate with the team to provide an exceptional client experience Contribute to practice growth through patient engagement and professional expertise Build rapport with clientele and conduct follow-up to increase patient retention Support and participate in social media efforts Qualifications Active RN, NP or PA license in Wisconsin, in good standing At least 2 years of hands-on injecting experience in aesthetics (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators) with a focus on facial balancing and comprehensive treatment Confident, self-starter—able to work both independently and collaboratively Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Professional, reliable, and committed to patient safety and outcomes A team player that’s supportive of all roles within the practice Compensation & Benefits $35-$50 hourly performance-based incentives (depending on experience and performance) Paid Time Off Training available for advanced experience and other services offered within the practice Why Join Our Team?
