be considered. A nursing opportunity is available for a Registered
Nurse specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) patients.
This contract position offers the chance to provide critical care
to newborns in a specialized setting, utilizing advanced nursing
skills and compassionate patient management. Working in a NICU
requires strong clinical knowledge, quick decision-making, and the
ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
dedicated to neonatal health. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
comprehensive nursing care to critically ill newborns in the NICU.
Monitor and assess vital signs and developmental progress of
patients. Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists,
and other healthcare professionals. Administer medications, manage
ventilators, and perform necessary medical procedures. Provide
emotional support and education to families of neonates. Maintain
accurate and detailed patient documentation. Desired Experience and
Qualifications: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with NICU
experience. Strong clinical knowledge of neonatal care protocols.
Ability to operate complex medical equipment typical to the NICU
environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
