Facility Information: SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital is a 174-bed
facility that does approximately 5,000 surgical cases per year.
CRNA's/AA's will provide medically directed anesthesia for a
variety of cases including general, ortho, ENT, OB/GYN,
ophthalmology, urology, and podiatry. The surgical area at St.
Agnes Hospital has six operating rooms. Your Qualifications:
Graduate of nationally accredited CRNA or CAA Program Ability to
obtain licensure in Wisconsin BLS ALS Founded by Mother Agnes
Hazotte and the Congregation of Sisters of St. Agnes, SSM Health
