In this pivotal role, the Nurse Supervisor will oversee nursing staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain the highest standards of patient care. Manage and supervise the nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and professional standards Participate in the recruitment, training, and professional development of nursing personnel Ensure proper documentation and patient records compliance Act as a liaison between the healthcare staff, department managers, and administrative staff Handle patient complaints and any clinical issues that arise Assist in the implementation of new clinical programs and policies Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in healthcare management systems and Microsoft Office In-depth knowledge of health care regulations and accreditation standards Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
