Experience: • 36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 10 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. • 3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months. • 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from last 12 months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Staffency Program - ThedaCare and no current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - ThedaCare. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager. Note: If a candidate has NP licensure, ThedaCare will only consider them for an NP role, not a lower position. Preferred Skills/Experience: • Any ICU/IMC (intermediate care) experience. • Experience in stroke and post-op back/spine/cervical Required Credentials: Associate Degree or Certificate Special Requests: Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence.
