How you’ll make an impact in this role - Lead the delivery of compassionate, direct patient care by aligning every action with established safety protocols and excellence standards to ensure the highest quality of clinical outcomes. - Coordinate the multidisciplinary care team as the central advocate for the patient, ensuring that every specialist and department is seamlessly aligned for a unified treatment approach. - Monitor and translate complex patient data into actionable communication for the healthcare team, ensuring that changes in condition are met with rapid, accurate interventions. - Drive the patient’s journey toward home by proactively assessing discharge needs and collaborating with the care team to ensure a safe, supportive, and well-planned transition out of the hospital. - Execute clinical orders with precision and purpose, integrating physician directives into a holistic care plan that prioritizes the patient’s physical and emotional well-being. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. - Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. Education: - Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
