Job Description Job Title: Part-Time Hospitalist – Internal or Family Medicine Location: Sheboygan, WI Schedule: 7–10 shifts/month | Flexible scheduling Compensation: $200–$250 per hour Position Overview We’re seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hospitalist (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our Sheboygan care team on a part-time basis. This role offers a flexible schedule, manageable patient load, and the opportunity to work with a collaborative, patient-centered team . Key Responsibilities Provide inpatient care to adult medical patients in acute or post-acute settings Manage admissions, daily rounds, and discharges Coordinate care with nursing, case management, specialists, and families Document patient encounters accurately and promptly in the EMR Participate in quality initiatives and promote clinical excellence Schedule & Workload 7–10 shifts per month 5–6 hours per shift Flexible scheduling; full-time availability optional Qualifications MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active Wisconsin medical license or ability to obtain Hospitalist or inpatient experience preferred Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills What We Offer Competitive compensation: $200–$250/hr Flexible schedule tailored to your availability Supportive, team-based environment focused on high-quality care Quick interview process to get you started faster
