Job Description:

SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo, Wisconsin (WI) seeks an outpatient only family medicine physician to join their team of 8 physicians, 6 residents, & 7 advanced practitioners.

Position:
- Outpatient-only role w/ a flexible 4-day workweek; part-time options available
- Manageable patient volume of 18-20 patients per day
- No call responsibilities

Compensation:
- Competitive base salary starting at $313,000, with flexibility based on experience & expertise
- Choice of a $150,000 sign-on bonus or student loan repayment assistance over three years
