Company: Jesuit Retreat House on Lake WinnebagoJob Title: Kitchen CookLocation: Oshkosh, WI -The Jesuit Retreat House is seeking a Kitchen Cook to be part of its friendly, team-oriented, faith-focused work environment in a peaceful setting on Lake Winnebago. This is a full-time 30-40 hour/week position and is benefits eligible. -Responsibilities:

• Assist the chef in day-to-day operations
• Ensure kitchen/dining room cleanliness and adherence to health/sanitation standards
• Prepare buffet-style meals for groups of 40-60 people
• Perform duties of all kitchen positions as needed -Applicants must be willing to work weekends and be flexible with days/hours during the year based on JRH's retreat schedule. A culinary arts degree, previous cooking experience, and food manager certification are preferred.
