Do this and here is what you will receive for it: Start @ $0.55 - 059 CPM - East / CT, DC, DE, MD, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT, VA) $0.10 Additional CPM after 2350 miles per week All Miles Paid While Under Dispatch. Mileage Paid on Practical Miles. $15.00 Drop Pay (Based on Industry Standard – 1st P/U and Last Delivery are Free). Detention – $15hr paid after 2 hours and all procedures are followed Layover $35.00 per day. Unloading – Reimbursed At Customer Rate.
