District Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of
several restaurants. You’ll oversee operations, mentor General
Managers, and ensure each location delivers exceptional guest
experiences while meeting business goals. Your responsibilities
include: Leading and supporting General Managers to achieve
operational excellence. Ensuring all locations meet cleanliness,
sanitation, and operational standards. Driving sales growth and
profitability across your district. Recruiting, training, and
developing top talent to build high-performing teams. Analyzing
performance metrics and implementing strategies for improvement.

District Manager who’s ready to take the reins and lead with
confidence. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: 3 years of
multi-unit management experience in the restaurant or retail
industry. A proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
