Job Description:

GardaWorld, a leader in providing specialized security solutions, is seeking highly dedicated and capable security professionals to join our Event Security team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patrons, staff, and assets during various high-profile events in complex and risk-prone environments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for security work and the ability to operate effectively under pressure. This position will offer you the opportunity to work in dynamic settings and develop your skills in crisis management and preventative security measures. Perform security operations at various event sites both during and outside of event hours. Monitor event spaces for any irregular activity and respond to emergencies swiftly and effectively. Conduct crowd control measures to ensure orderly conduct and safety of attendees. Implement and enforce site-specific security procedures and protocols. Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary. Report daily on safety performance and incident response outcomes. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and company regulations. Strong situational awareness and attention to detail Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to manage high-stress situations calmly and effectively Proficiency in security systems and crowd management technologies Security Guard license required First Aid and CPR certifications preferred Training in crisis management or event security is a plus
