currently seeking a Full-Time Assistant Restaurant Manager who

Doing? As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key
leadership role in supporting daily operations across the
restaurant, bar, In-Room Dining, and Club Lounge. Each day offers
the opportunity to lead by example and ensure service standards are
consistently exceeded, including: Assisting with recruiting,
onboarding, training, and supervising restaurant team members.
Supporting and leading pre-shift meetings to communicate service
priorities, menu updates, and operational goals. Maintaining a
strong presence on the floor to foster meaningful guest
interactions and promptly resolve concerns. Ensuring high standards
of food quality, cleanliness, and service presentation across all
outlets. Participating in one-on-one check-ins with team members to
provide coaching, feedback, and support. Assisting with scheduling,
shift coverage, and delegation to maintain smooth service flow.
Supporting inventory management, receiving supplies, and minimizing
waste. Maintaining and reconciling the house bank while ensuring
proper cash handling and POS procedures. Reviewing financial
metrics, including P&L components, to help optimize labor and
operational efficiency. Operating and troubleshooting POS and
back-office systems; ensuring staff competency in system usage.
Supporting sales initiatives, promotions, and incentive programs to
drive revenue and engagement. Managing administrative
responsibilities such as payroll input, shift reporting, service
tracking, and correspondence. Performing additional duties as
assigned by senior leadership. What Will You Bring to the Role? We
are looking for a hospitality leader who combines operational
knowledge with a collaborative and guest-focused approach. Our
ideal candidate has: 1–2 years of Food & Beverage experience,
preferably in a supervisory or lead role. Strong communication
skills, both verbal and written, in English (bilingual abilities a
plus). Solid math and analytical skills for scheduling, inventory
management, and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with POS systems.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve guest and
team concerns professionally. High attention to detail, strong time
management skills, and the ability to multitask. A high school
diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. The
ability to work on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced
restaurant environment. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with
