We Do Great Things Unleash Your Potential Forward Service Corporation, a passionate, not-for-profit firm providing employment and training related services to local, state, and federally funded program participants, is seeking a full time FSET and W2 Team Leader servicing Oshkosh and Menasha. The home office of this position is located in Oshkosh, WI with travel to Menasha 2 days per week and as needed. The FSET and W2 Team Leader is responsible for supervising FSET Employment Specialist and W2 Case Manager staff, day-to-day program compliance, assisting staff with all aspects of the FSET and W2 programs, and assuring that training needs are being met. They will work to ensure that the team is meeting the goals, policies and procedures of the FSET (Food Share Employment Training) and W2 (Wisconsin Works) program. The FSET and W2 Team Leader is a rewarding position that works in a fast pace environment while providing support services to the staff and also directly to the customer to promote self-sufficiency and helping to unleash their potential PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE --- Supervising FSET and W2 staff --- Direct case management of a reduced caseload, workshop facilitation, job development and other case management responsibilities --- Creating and developing new ways to engage and produce positive outcomes for participants --- Planning and implementation of program services, technical assistance, and program monitoring and evaluation --- Responsible for accurate and timely program reporting --- Developing and maintaining close working relationships with partner agencies --- Obtain and maintain FEP certification in accordance with state law and administrative rule KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Qualified candidates should have the ability to supervise multiple staff that are located in other offices. The FSET and W2 Team Leader will also have the ability to lead, facilitate, and conduct a group case management model, and be able to adjust to frequent change in policy, reporting and program delivery. Must also have the ability motivate, inspire, and lead our customers down the path of self-sufficiency. Strong customer service, budgeting, and computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication and an ability to work with diverse individuals and groups are a must. Should be goal driven and able to exceed performance standards and have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must maintain a valid driver license. Will be required to complete FEP (Financial Employment Planner) training; typically within 3 months of training. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree and three (3) plus years of work-related experience with supervisory responsibilities and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Forward Service Corporation offers a competitive wage for this exempt position with a minimum wage range of $50,896.00/annually. Additional $1,000 added to salary beginning of the pay period following completion of New Worker Training (FEP Certification) and Team Leader Training Plan.
