A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talented pipeline.Essential Responsibilities and Desired OutcomesSource and recruit for exempt, non-exempt, interns, and volunteer personnel as directed, by using databases, social media, etc.Uphold compliance and reporting requirements with Wisconsin and Federal employment and caregiver laws and regulations including those related to Equal Employment Opportunity(EEO), Americans with Disability Act (ADA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Development of Labor, Worker's Compensation, Occupational Safety and Health Administration(OSHA) and other state and federal laws.Maintain accuracy in HRIS and personnel records and compile daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reportingHelp interpret and monitor implementation of company personnel policies and administrative practices and proceduresTrack and ensure employees compliance with the Health Screen and TB administrationCoordinate and develop college and community recruitment initiativesMaintain updates of company openings and job postingsAttend recruitment events during and after work hoursBe a part of an on-call rotation during the weekendScreen candidates resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleAssess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesOnboard new employees in order to become fully integratedAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processPromote company's reputation as "best place to work" Solid ability to conduct different types of interviewsAchieve department goals and objectives that are aligned with the strategic goals of the companyMaintain strict confidentiality standards in all functions of the jobExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong decision making skillsCompany BackgroundAbout Clarity CareClarity Care, Inc. is a private, nonprofit agency dedicated to providing care and services to individuals with acute, chronic or long-term conditions, including those with disabilities and special needs.
