Job Description:

Evergreen is seeking compassionate and talented people to join the team in its Skilled Nursing Facility!

Full and part-time positions available on NOC Shift (10:00pm-6:15am). Every other weekend and holiday required.

What's in it for you?

Starting pay between $17.69-$23/hr.
$500 bonus after first 500 hours
Flexible scheduling
Pick up pay- additional $4/hr.

- Meet residents needs
- Document care
- Work as a team
- Communicate with residents and families Minimum Qualifications
  - 18 years of age
  - Nursing Assistant certification in the State of Wisconsin
  - Proof of COVID vaccine or approved exemption required Associated topics: cardiothoracic, care unit, ccu, intensive, mhb, neonatal, nurse, psychatric, recovery, transitional
