Job Description:

Evergreen has been serving seniors for over 55 years. Join our team at a Resident Assistant and become part of our community!

AM shift is 6am-2:15pm. Every other weekend and holiday required. Part time positions available.

Paid training
Pick up pay an extra $4/hr.
Competitive wages based on experience. Starting pay is $14.69-$18 per hour with regular wage increase opportunities.
As a Resident Assistant you will:
- Assure resident needs are met in a timely manner (i.e., call lights, personal requests, ADLs, etc.).
- Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document accordingly.
- Promptly inform unit nurse of a change in resident's condition and/or needs.
- Document care and service provided in a thorough and timely manner.
  Minimum requirements:
  - CBRF certifications preferred
  - Strong prioritization and organization skills
