HR Manager Manufacturing
Location: Ripon WI
Position Summary:We are seeking an HR Manager to support the launch of a new production facility within an established manufacturing operation. This role will work closely with the Plant Manager and department leaders to oversee human resources functions and ensure a smooth transition for the new division.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruiting, hiring, and scheduling in coordination with department managers
• Assist in updating employment guides, standard operating procedures, Job descriptions and other HR documentation
• Support workforce planning and employee relations to maintain an efficient and productive workplace
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulationsQualifications:
  • Experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing
  • Strong background in hiring, recruiting, and workforce scheduling
  • Knowledge of HR policies, documentation, and compliance requirements
