range for this role is:$18.70 - $25.20Responsibilities:Del Monte
Foods is actively seeking a motivated and detail orientated
Seasonal HR Assistant for our Plover, WI location. This position is
a seasonal role, which will begin in early June through late
September. This is a great opportunity to help one nation's largest
food manufacturing and distribution companies feed America and
drive our people forward!Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding and orientation process for seasonal
employees.
- Handle all front counters/employees to assure proper placement
and assistance of employees.
- Support HR staff with administrative duties, including
incoming/outgoing calls, data entry, and reporting.
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and
communication.
- Ensure proper paperwork is completed relative to leaves of
absences, sick leave, or other issues brought upon by
employees.
- Respond to employee questions and direct them to appropriate
resources.
- Effectively communicate with various departments/teams to
ensure coverage/issues are resolved.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory
requirements.
- Provide general office support to the HR department.

- High School diploma or equivalent required
- The ability to learn skills quickly and adapt to a fast-paced
environment
- 1 year of administrative support experience (preferably in
HR)
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication
skills
- Great task management skills and detailed orientated
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications
(Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
- Flexible/open availability to ensure office coverage
- Demonstrate strong decision-making skills
- Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)WE OFFER:
