JOB SUMMARY: The Global Human Resources Services (GHRS) Director will be responsible for developing the strategy and providing leadership for the Global HR Services team. This role will collaborate closely with various departments (HR, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, HR Business Partners, etc.) to understand business needs and strategic priorities to ensure HR Service Delivery capabilities are effectively and efficiently leveraged within the business. This senior role directs activities of HR services including HR program administration (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent), HR inquiries, case management, vendor management, data management, compliance, policy, and knowledge management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned. Evaluate and build continuous service improvements to HR programs/processes and develop new ways for HR to seamlessly get great work done; act as a change agent to drive innovation and process improvements for our customers. Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure that HR Services provides excellent support to the business and employees. Leverage HR Service Delivery organization as an enabler for Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Business Partners to fulfill their designated strategic roles. Work with and influence business leaders, HR leaders, and HR operations leads to utilize the HR Service Delivery capabilities at their fullest potential. Lead alignment between IT, HR Technology, and HR Services to drive optimization of HR technologies including the core HR system (Workday), learning management system (SuccessFactors), customers relations management and connectivity to key Finance and time-keeping systems and activities. Work with business leaders and HR leaders to establish standards and practices; yet allow the flexibility to respond to specific business needs and circumstances as needed. Oversee the establishment of key Service Level Agreements, quality targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or related field. Twelve (12) or more years of relevant experience in Human Resources. Five (5) or more years of supervisory/managerial experience. Ability to travel 20%. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree. Knowledge in leveraging Shared Services tools including ATS, employee portal, case management tool, cha and/or document management to enhance service delivery experience. Experience in leading global remote team members. Knowledge of international benefits/payroll. HR Services leadership experience. Experience with Workday SaaS application. Professional HR (PHR) Certification. Senior Professional HR (SPHR) Certification. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). Certified Benefits Professional (CBP).
