Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced
Warehouse Manager to provide interim or contract-to-hire leadership
for a distribution operation. This role is hands-on and responsible
for stabilizing daily operations, leading teams, and improving
processes while meeting productivity, safety, and quality goals.
Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations,
including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping Lead and direct
warehouse staff, including supervisors and team leads Ensure
inventory accuracy, space utilization, and efficient material
handling Maintain safety, security, and housekeeping standards
across the operation Monitor productivity, labor performance, and
operational metrics Assign work based on daily priorities and
operational needs Support training, performance management, and
workforce engagement Implement process improvements focused on
efficiency, cost control, and quality Partner with internal and
external stakeholders as needed Proven experience managing
warehouse or distribution operations Strong people leadership and
floor-level operational management skills Experience with inventory
systems, reporting, and operational metrics Working knowledge of
safety, equipment maintenance, and quality standards Ability to
step into an interim environment and drive results quickly
