Production Worker Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting operational excellence and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Production Worker Location: De Pere, WI Pay Range: $ 17.00 Shift: First Shift What's the Job? Load and unload machines Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner following Standard Work procedures and supervisor instructions. Handle materials by loading and unloading raw goods and finished products as needed. Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and adherence to standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and safety practices. Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery. What's Needed? No prior experience required; training will be provided. Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures diligently. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
