shift manufacturing team. We’re seeking dependable, hard-working

be an industry leader for 65 years! What you will do: As a
Production Associate , you’ll be a key part of bringing our
products to life. This hands-on role involves working with
materials, tools, and equipment to build and assemble high-quality
custom cabinetry and doors, all while meeting detailed
specifications and quality standards. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: Follow established manufacturing procedures under
assigned department which may include but not limited to: sanding,
assembly, loading and unloading. Ensure work orders are completed
successfully, on-time, and meet customer specifications. Identify
defects and next steps when found. Operate various hand and power
tools. Follow all safety rules and contribute to a safe work
environment. Participate and contribute to a “Team” environment.
Other duties as assigned. What you need: Ability to learn and
retain on the job training. Ability to work independently with
minimal supervision. Ability to read measurement tools such as a
tape measure. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all
units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and
decimals. Ability to carry out detailed written or oral
instructions in English. Ability to meet quality standards - strong
attention to detail and quality. Ability to consistently
meet/exceed production quotas. MondayThursday: 5:30am3:00pm and
Friday: 5:30am12:00pm. Work hours vary on work load.
